Additional Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 Hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
International Shipping: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
At GUDDAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, then you can return the products ordered by you up to 30 days after the order date without giving any reasons.
In the unlikely event that you would like to make use of this arrangement, you must return the products in new condition and original packaging and enclose a fully completed return form. You can contact us for this return form at support@gudday.store.
In order to accept the return, we require proof of order/payment.
Please note: We only accept unused and complete items. Should a product not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
We will then refund the amount paid within 14 working days of registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in a good condition.
